Nothing. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I did not stay here, and booked a different hotel within half an hour of arriving.

It was difficult to get into the room as no one was at the desk, and it took some time to locate the right person. There was construction on site, and it was not very cleanly. There was trash in the hall. The room had an odor, and the enclosed deck even worse. we ended up not staying the second evening. Cannot recommend this hotel.

The front desk folks were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected and on time. The water /sunrise view from our window and the grounds was nice

Full refund when left an hour after check in. Emergency exit clearly marked, accessible, right next to room. Hotel undergoing renovation. I expect it will be very nice once this is completed. Excellent location right at the ocean shore, short walk to coffee shop, museums, shopping, places to eat.

Nothing. It was so run down in the room, ripped furniture in the first room, hair in sheets, dirty bathroom. I went and complained to the talking computer kiosk, no human at the facility, and someone from China changed my room. The room on the 3rd floor was better, but corners all dirty, towels grey with wear, hallways dinged up.

Good location to explore Camden/Rockland area. Spacious room and bathroom with fridge and Aircon. Reasonable price based on elsewhere on the East Coast. Breakfast was limited but did the job for the price.
